The Central Commissioning Committee took into operation the Glassworks’ first production line on March 27, 1965. Initial operation started in the summer of the same year.
On March 29, 1965, the state-owned company “Huta Szkła Okiennego Sandomierz w Budowie” was transformed into “Huta Szkła Okiennego Sandomierz”, subject to the Decree 138 of The Minister of Construction and Construction Materials Industry.
